Welcome to GoldenARTS Consulting. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, appointment system, communication services, and purchases of graphic design, photography, marketing, consulting, automation, and related services.
Services and Orders
Service details, pricing, deliverables, deadlines, and revision limits will be stated on the applicable order form, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
Payment is due when an order is placed. Orders under $250 require payment in full. Orders of $250 or more generally require a 50% deposit unless different terms are provided in writing.
Projects do not enter the production queue until the required payment and all necessary information, instructions, images, logos, and files have been received.
Standard design turnaround is approximately 24–48 hours after receiving the completed order. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
One custom-design order includes one design in one standard size. Additional designs require a separate order and payment. Additional sizes or variations of the same approved design may be purchased as add-ons.
Rush service starts at $50 for each rushed item. Rush fees are not eligible for promotional discounts.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information and reviewing names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, prices, spelling, and other details before final approval.
You confirm that you have permission to use all photographs, logos, trademarks, text, music, videos, and other materials supplied to GoldenARTS Consulting. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
Final Approval and Delivery
Your approval confirms that the design or project information is correct. GoldenARTS Consulting is not responsible for errors discovered after final approval or costs resulting from printing, publishing, or distributing approved work.
Final deliverables will be released after all required payments have been completed. Editable working files, templates, licensed assets, and source files are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Third-Party Services
Our website and services may use third-party providers for scheduling, communications, hosting, payment processing, printing, automation, and file delivery. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Text Messaging Terms

When you voluntarily opt in through our website chat widget, you agree to receive transactional and service-related text messages from GoldenARTS Consulting. These messages may include inquiry responses, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, missed-appointment follow-ups, project updates, and customer-service communications.
Messages may be sent from 440-444-9834 or another GoldenARTS Consulting business number.
Message frequency varies according to your appointments, requests, and services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
REPLY STOP TO CANCEL TEXT MESSAGES. After submitting STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply START to subscribe again where available.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Text-message delivery cannot be guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device, and wireless service.
GoldenARTS Consulting will not send promotional or marketing text messages unless you provide separate consent where required.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Terms
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms may vary by service and will be stated on the applicable appointment page, order form, invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Completed work and services already performed may not be refundable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldenARTS Consulting will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total responsibility for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service associated with that claim.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing, consulting, design, automation, and business services do not guarantee specific sales, income, customer growth, advertising performance, or other business results. Results depend on numerous factors outside GoldenARTS Consulting’s control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, technology, or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
